EXO Società Consortile a R L is an Italian research organisation based in Potenza. It is recognised by the Ministry of Education and Research and by the European Commission. EXO focuses on sustainable development, environmental resilience and digital innovation, and delivers adult learning to more than five hundred learners each year. The team works closely with the Basilicata Region, Local Action Groups and Italian universities, giving strong links to policy, practice and data. EXO is a member of the European Network of Living Labs, bringing tested methods for working with communities. This mix of credibility, practical experience and community engagement makes EXO a strong partner for resilience education and recovery.
Building Ukraine Together is a Ukrainian NGO based in Lviv that supports community resilience through volunteer camps and non-formal education. It works with local partners to repair homes and social infrastructure, support displaced people and strengthen civic participation. The team brings strong experience in organising volunteers, training local leaders and running practical rebuilding actions in different regions. BUR’s approach is hands on, community led and focused on simple steps that make a real difference. New to Erasmus Plus, it brings a fresh, energetic perspective and current, real world recovery experience. This grounded outlook makes BUR a valuable partner for resilience education and recovery.
Antalya Bilim University is a higher education institution in Antalya, Türkiye. It combines strong teaching and research with a clear commitment to serving the wider community. The university has practical experience supporting people after disasters and works with public agencies and community groups. It also collaborates with international partners on risk reduction and climate adaptation. Staff bring skills from areas such as architecture, engineering, tourism and gastronomy. This broad, applied outlook makes ABU a strong partner for resilience education and innovation.
An Irish adult education and social innovation organisation with 20+ years’ experience in capacity building, digital inclusion and train the trainer programmes, Momentum works closely with communities and public bodies to turn research into practical tools. Based in Leitrim, it delivers adult and lifelong learning across Ireland and collaborates with partners at local and national level. Its programmes support community resilience, leadership and sustainable regional development, with a strong focus on rural areas. Momentum brings long standing delivery experience, practical teaching methods and established networks.
Gairmeach Training Limited is an Irish SME based in Dublin that specialises in adult and vocational education. It designs accessible digital learning and supports providers to deliver inclusive, practical programmes. The team focuses on digital and green skills, creating online and blended courses for diverse learners. Gairmeach works with partners in Ireland and abroad to turn training needs into clear, easy to use resources. This makes it a strong partner for digital delivery and engagement.
Consorci de la Ribera (CRIB) is a local public body in the Valencian region of Spain, representing 47 municipalities and around 300,000 residents. It has a team of over 20 staff and long-standing experience in regional development, adult education and resilience projects. CRIB works on economic promotion and employment, environmental education and community engagement, sustainable reconstruction and energy transition, and tourism and natural heritage restoration. Following severe flooding in October 2024, it has taken a leading role in disaster response, recovery and climate-resilient planning, making it a credible and committed lead partner for resilience education and recovery.
